Carolyn Mattila joined our team in 2025 as a Customer Service Specialist and Executive Assistant. She supports both clients and internal staff, helping ensure each case runs smoothly from start to finish. With strong attention to detail and a calm, client-focused approach, Carolyn plays a key role in creating a seamless and stress-free experience.

She recently graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology on the Pre-Med track. Carolyn plans to attend medical school in the future with aspirations of becoming a surgeon and making a meaningful impact in the healthcare field.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, golfing, going for walks, and spending time outdoors—especially during the summer. Carolyn also loves spending time with friends and caring for her four energetic Old English Sheepdogs, who always keep life lively.
