Nathaniel P. Mark

Nathaniel P. Mark

Joining Dietrich & Kenyon in 2023, Associate Attorney Nathaniel (“Nate”) P. Mark focuses his practice on all aspects of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy process: From when the case is filed, to pre-confirmation, through post-confirmation, and all the way to discharge of the case.

Following his law school graduation in 2018, Nate ventured out west to begin his legal career in Los Angeles, California. While in LA, Nate worked at a full-service law firm where he gained valuable experience in a wide range of the law including civil litigation, business law, real estate law, probate, estate planning and administration, and bankruptcy. Of all the fields that he practiced in, Nate developed a particular interest in and passion for bankruptcy. Having thoroughly enjoyed his time on the West Coast, but longing for his next adventure, in the summer of 2023 Nate returned to Michigan to further develop his bankruptcy skills, and in the process joined the firm of Dietrich & Kenyon, right in his hometown of Ingham County.

Nate is a 2018 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in downtown Detroit. Nate graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Book Award for Property I, Small Firm LFP, and Business Organizations. Nate received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Central Michigan University in 2015 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Communication.

Nate is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of California. He has practiced law in Michigan since 2023 but has been practicing in the field of bankruptcy since 2020 during his time in California. Nate is admitted to practice before the Eastern and Western Federal Districts of Michigan, and the Central District of California.

Nate currently resides in Whitmore Lake with his family.
