Aaron J. Kenyon
Attorney Aaron J. Kenyon is a founding member and sole owner of the Dietrich & Kenyon firm. Aaron’s focus is on our firm’s clients, as he helps them navigate through both simple and complicated legal issues surrounding the resolution of debts. Aaron’s practice areas include bankruptcy and tax resolution.
Prior to founding Dietrich & Kenyon with Robert Dietrich in 2019, Aaron had a mix of professional legal and financial experience that form the foundation of the Dietrich & Kenyon law practice today. In his 20 years of experience as an attorney, Aaron served in executive-level roles with several multi-million dollar businesses with a focus on the resolution of legal and financial issues. For instance, he served in a Chief Financial Officer role in a large organization while navigating through a complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In 2018, after finding that working with debt resolution was incredibly rewarding, Aaron changed his focus solely to work with consumer clients in resolving their debt (or tax) issues.
Active in local bar associations, Aaron serves on the Steering Committee of the Federal Bar Association of Western Michigan. Aaron regularly speaks at conferences on bankruptcy and legal issues and has served as Adjunct Faculty for Northwood University’s College of Business Administration since 2010.
Aaron resides in East Lansing with his family. He has been a member of Team USA Duathlon competing in Olympic distance duathlon events in the US and internationally. When not cycling or running, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
In 2004, Aaron graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing. He graduated magna cum laude and received the book award for excellence in Bankruptcy. He also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Central Michigan University in 2000.
