About Nathaniel P. Mark
Attorney Nathaniel (“Nate”) P. Mark is an Associate Attorney at Dietrich & Kenyon, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on all aspects of Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He represents clients throughout every stage of the bankruptcy process, from case filing and plan confirmation through post-confirmation matters and successful discharge. Nate is committed to helping clients navigate financial challenges with practical guidance, responsive communication, and effective legal representation.
Before joining Dietrich & Kenyon in 2023, Nate began his legal career in Los Angeles, California, where he worked at a full-service law firm handling a broad range of legal matters, including civil litigation, business law, real estate, probate, estate planning and administration, and bankruptcy. Through that experience, he discovered a passion for bankruptcy law and helping individuals overcome financial hardship. After several years of practice in California, Nate returned to his hometown of Ingham County to continue building his bankruptcy practice and joined Dietrich & Kenyon.
Nate has practiced bankruptcy law since 2020 and is licensed to practice in both Michigan and California. He is admitted to practice before the Michigan state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Nate earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2018. During law school, he received Book Awards for Property I, Small Firm LFP, and Business Organizations. He earned his Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Political Science, with a minor in Communication, from Central Michigan University in 2015.
Nate is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of California. He lives in Whitmore Lake with his family and enjoys spending time with them while continuing to serve clients throughout Michigan with dedication and professionalism.
