Bradley C. Kitada

Attorney Bradley (“Brad”) C. Kitada is an Associate Attorney at Dietrich & Kenyon, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Brad is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate financial challenges by providing practical guidance, clear communication, and compassionate representation throughout every stage of the bankruptcy process.

Brad joined Dietrich & Kenyon in 2025 after earning legal experience and developing a strong foundation in estate planning and asset protection. His background has given him valuable insight into protecting clients’ assets and helping them build a path toward long-term financial stability. Before beginning his legal career, Brad worked in the construction industry while pursuing his undergraduate and law degrees. That experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality results for every client.

Originally from Michigan, Brad has lived and studied in both the northernmost and southernmost regions of the country. He earned his Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Political Science, with minors in Economics and Film Studies, from Northern Michigan University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2018, where he concentrated his studies in estate planning and asset protection.

Brad is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Brad lives near Jackson and enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling “up north” whenever he has the opportunity.
